| | Welcome to Clay Warburton Original Artworks
Clay is a full time teacher at Sisters Elementary in Sisters, Oregon. He has been painting for the past seven years and made his work available to the public in 2005. His work is inspired by the natural world, the mixing of color, and basic design. His pieces are a reflection of the connection he has with children. His own two children and the students he works with are the driving force in his ability to create fun images that are designed to make you smile. Clay's work was part of the Bend Art Hopp (April 2007) and the Bend Fall Festival of 2008, where he received the "Best of Jury" award. He has been involved in the My Own Two Hands project for the past four years.
His most recent work entitled "Growing Up" helped raise $1,700 for the Americana Project, which helps fund many art programs throughout the Sisters schools. He has displayed his work locally at Navigator News, Angeline's Bakery, Salon Indigo, Sisters Athletic Club, and The Sisters Public Library. You can see currently see his work at Salon Indigo in Bend, The Children's Garden in Portland, and at Three Creeks Brew Pub in Sisters. This summer he will be displaying his work at the Sisters Movie House and at the Bend Summer Fest on July 11th and 12th.
